Astralis expands into the Caribbean

Caribbean Master Franchise signed, first locations opening March 2026

Astralis expands into the Caribbean

Astralis signs a Caribbean Master Franchise agreement, with the first two locations opening in Jamaica this March.

A New Chapter

We’ve signed a Caribbean Master Franchise agreement. That means Astralis is now operating in a new region — not just adding a pin to a map, but committing to building the same quality rental experience we run in every other market we operate in.

The agreement covers the Caribbean as a whole. We’re starting where the demand is clearest and the infrastructure is ready: Jamaica. From there, the framework is in place to expand to additional islands as we go.

First Stops: Jamaica

Two locations open in March 2026.

Kingston Norman Manley International Airport serves Jamaica’s capital and the business travellers, families, and diaspora visitors who move through it daily. It’s a high-demand location that’s been underserved by quality rental options.

Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay is Jamaica’s busiest airport and the main gateway for leisure travel to the island. Most visitors to Negril, Ocho Rios, and the north coast pass through here. We’ll be there when they land.

Both locations will offer Astralis’s standard fleet and booking process — the same one you’d use in any other market we serve.

What This Means for Travelers

If you’re visiting Jamaica, you’ll now be able to book an Astralis vehicle the same way you would anywhere else: online, upfront pricing, no surprises at the counter.

For frequent travellers and business customers who already use Astralis in other markets, your account, your preferences, and your history carry over. No new sign-up, no separate process.

For anyone visiting the Caribbean for the first time, you get a rental company that doesn’t treat you like a tourist to be upsold. Pick your car, know your rate, drive.
